Being the father as the head of the family provides the followers with a sort of reward. However, this type of leadership is not being patronized around the world because of the followers do not like this type of leadership that they will be managed by a Godfather. This type of leadership is a one-rule, meaning that there is only one human being that will serve as the leader. Thus, this kind of leader do not consult from other people given the power to make decisions alonehas the full control of the group.
